• Come off the M27 at jnc 9 (very long slip road), and follow signs at the junction for Whiteley.
• As you come off the junction roundabout there is a small stretch of dual carriageway and at the bottom of this take the sliproad off to the left into Rookery Ave. 
• Go past the Solent Hotel on Rookery Ave, going straight across at the next r'bout and turn first right into Yew Tree Drive.
• At the end of there at the R'bout turn right into Sweethills Cresent.
• At the end of there at the R'bout turn right into Dickens Drive and then the first road on your right is Eliot close (just past the show homes)
• Turn into Eliot Close and we are number 1 on the left. Park outside the front door.

Don't worry these directions sound more complicated than they actually are.

Alternatively follow the yellow new housing signs labelled 'The Orchard' and they will get you to the show home office (the signs will take you a slightly different way but you still end up at the same place), about 10 yards past there on the right is Eliot Close

There is a map link at the bottom of all the pages, but because the estate is so new it only gets you to Dickens Drive.
